A: If the firearm is being sent from a non-FFL Dealer, we will need them to include a copy of their state ID or Driver’s License and a note with the buyers name and the make, model and serial number of the firearm in the package. No exceptions. Please note, ANY firearm being transferred from out of state must come from an FFL Dealer.

Q: The sender has shipped my firearm. What’s next?
A: Send us the tracking number so we know when to expect it and we will contact you as soon as your firearm has been logged in to schedule an appointment to complete the paperwork and do a background check if necessary.

Q: I just looked at the tracking information for my shipment and it says there was a missed delivery. What now?
A: We try our best to meet every delivery but, occasionally we miss one. We can generally get them rescheduled for the following day. DO NOT attempt to modify delivery instructions through the shipping company’s website!

Upon successful completion of the background check and payment of transfer fees, the firearm will be transferred to you.

Q: What happens if the firearm needs to be returned?
A: The purchase of your firearm is between you and the on-line seller. If it has to be returned, it will be at your or the sellers expense. Our fee still applies. We charge actual return shipping costs plus $10 for handling.

Q: Where did the name ‘B-25 Arms Co.’ come from?
A: It is a nod to our owner’s name. The B-25 Mitchell bomber was a key part of U.S. success during WW-II. It is perhaps best known as the plane flown during Doolittle’s raid over Tokyo. If you want to know a little bit about this great plane, take a look here.
